BIFOLK 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your BIFOLKs — but if for any reason you don’t, we’ve got you covered.

You have 14 days from the date of your order to request a return. If you're not vibing with your shades, simply reach out to us and we'll process a full refund — no hard feelings.

✅ To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging (case, cleaning cloth, etc.)
Proof of purchase (order number or email) must be provided

❌ Not eligible for return:

Prescription lenses or custom orders (as they are made specially for you)
Items returned after 14 days from date of order
Items that are damaged due to improper use or handling

💸 Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
